Display Advertisement, Inc. has been open for business since 1932. Now owner, James O'Brien says of his father the past owner:

"My father, Dave O'Brien purchased the business as a young man in the 60's. The company provides an assortment of sign production services that vary from banners to vehicle graphics to decals. At one time, Display Advertising had 20 plus employees, but due to recent economic issues, currently has 6 or so employees. Located in the heart of downtown Fresno, we see our share of poverty & homelessness."

"The back of our building often shelters many from rain & cold weather in the winter months." James (Jimmy) continues, "My father passed away 2 years ago, leaving his legacy to me. This company, its employees, and the building it occupies seems to be cemented into Fresno's downtown community. We enjoy our customers, most of our neighbors, and the ancestry associated to our business. Display Advertising, is more than a place of employment for us. It represents the roots where relationships, friendships and fellowships have formed over the course of 70 years. We like that our community is full of people & places that are supportive and dependable. This company means so much to me."
